What’s involved in getting Invisalign?

Your journey towards a straighter smile with Invisalign begins with a 3D scan of your teeth. That scan is uploaded to a computer, where it becomes a virtual model of your smile and a blueprint for your customized treatment plan. The Invisalign lab uses that blueprint to mold your series of aligners from a smooth, flexible, BPA-free plastic. 

You wear a set of aligners all day, every day, but you can take it out when you need to eat, drink, brush, or floss. You move on to the next set of aligners in your series every two weeks until you reach your target alignment, at which point you can begin to wear a retainer.
